Send an enquiry with enough context
For an editorial correction, give the page title or address, identify the statement and include a reliable source if you have one. For cooperation or publication, describe the subject, audience and material you can contribute. An enquiry is the start of a discussion, not an acceptance of a placement.
For a domain enquiry, explain which domain you mean and provide an address for a reply. The current contact address is lukasz@alepo.co. Please keep the message to the information needed to answer your question.
What this contact is for
This is a route to the current publisher. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter, restore a historical signup or pass your address to a former operator. If you arrived through an old form link, use the original organisation’s verified website for its current contact options.
Do not include subscriber exports, payment details, passwords or login and confirmation links. If a technical example contains someone else’s address or an access token, remove that information before sending it.
Before sending
Use the editorial contact form or email the editor with a concise description and the page URL. This contact is for editorial correspondence, not newsletter subscriptions or forms belonging to former hosts.
For questions about the publication itself, about MLMN explains the editorial scope. The resources page may also point you to the guide that covers the workflow you are investigating.
Contact the publisher
For cooperation, publication enquiries, buying this domain or editorial questions. This form is not a former operator’s newsletter, booking or customer service.
Contact and privacy
Who handles your data
The publisher and data controller is MRC sp. z o.o., ul. Floriańska 6 lok. 02, 03-707 Warszawa, Polska. Company register KRS 0000958461; tax number NIP 1133052769. Contact: lukasz@alepo.co. No data protection officer has been appointed; please send data-protection questions to this contact address.
What we process
If you contact us, we process the email address, topic and message you provide, your name if you choose to give it, and the website, language and page from which the enquiry was submitted. The form also uses a random request identifier and an anti-spam field. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, medical information or other sensitive information.
Why you can contact us
We use these details to answer enquiries about cooperation, publication, buying a domain, editorial corrections or another matter addressed to the current publisher. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or contact a former operator’s booking or customer service.
Legal basis
For ordinary enquiries and business-contact correspondence, our basis is the legitimate interest in responding and managing the matter you raised (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where you personally are a prospective party to a contract and ask us to take necessary steps before entering it, Article 6(1)(b) applies to those steps. Acting for a company does not itself make you the contract party.
Hosting and recipients
The website is hosted on a Hostinger VPS whose server location is Frankfurt, Germany. Hosting and mail-service providers, and people authorised to handle the enquiry, process data to provide these services. The server location alone does not describe every provider’s support, backups or other processing.
Website protection
We use Cloudflare to deliver and protect the website. In this configuration, connection information and the content of a submitted form pass through Cloudflare’s HTTP/HTTPS proxy before reaching the hosting server. This is separate from the publisher’s email service.
Mail delivery
Correspondence to lukasz@alepo.co is handled through the existing cyber_Folks mail service. The mail service processes the sender’s address, message and mail-routing information to accept, store and deliver correspondence.
Gmail copies
We also use Gmail to retrieve correspondence from this mailbox using POP3 and to read and store it. Replies sent from Gmail using lukasz@alepo.co use the cyber_Folks SMTP service. Google therefore receives and processes the messages and associated mail data.
Connection information
We process connection information to deliver the website and protect the service from misuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website and its contact channel available and secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Duplicate protection
The contact application’s separate state database does not store message text, email addresses or IP addresses. It keeps the request identifier, time and status, and a site-level submission counter to prevent duplicate submissions and excessive use. The duplicate-detection window is 24 hours and the counter window is one hour; older entries are removed when the next valid submission is processed. This is not a promise of deletion at exactly 24 hours. Website delivery and security services also process connection information.
How long we keep correspondence
We retain ordinary enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after the matter is closed. This rule applies to the correspondence and working copies used to handle that enquiry. It does not mean deleting the entire mailbox. Invoices, contracts and records needed for a legal obligation or an actual dispute are handled separately under the applicable obligation or claim period. The 24-month rule is not a statement of the backup retention periods of our service providers.
International processing
These services may involve processing outside the EEA, including in the United States. Google publishes its transfer frameworks, including adequacy mechanisms and, where required, standard contractual clauses. Cloudflare describes its restricted-transfer safeguards in its customer data processing addendum. The provider information is linked below; you can also ask us about the safeguards relevant to your correspondence at lukasz@alepo.co.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request data portability where it applies. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, UODO, or another competent supervisory authority. Contact us at lukasz@alepo.co to exercise your rights.
Right to object
You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Send your request to lukasz@alepo.co.
Your choice
Providing data is voluntary. An email address and a message are needed to handle an enquiry and reply; your name is optional. We do not use this contact process for advertising profiles or decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.
